50 Cent Jabs Jay-Z Again, Says He Is Hiding After Diddy Allegations
50 Cent is a prime example of petty people never being tired of being petty. Hip-Hop’s favorite villain continued his jabs at JAY-Z, claiming that the billionaire rapper is in hiding following Diddy’s several allegations and lawsuits.
“Jay in hibernation he ain’t coming outside till this sh*t with Puff blow over,” he wrote in an Instagram post on Wednesday (May 15). “No brunch, no lunch, No dinner. LOL [squinting grinning emoji] IM ALL YOU GOT IM OUTSIDE !” He accompanied this caption with a close-up photo of Hov’s face, primarily his nose and lips while shades cover his eyes.
Commenters dropped several laughing emojis and some quips of their own. “This looks like it’s from Diddy’s Ring Camera,” one person wrote. “This what Beyonce see in missionary,” another person wrote. “I thought this was Rasputia Latimore from Norbit!” another commenter wrote, referring to the 2007 film Norbit starring Eddie Murphy and the late Charlie Murphy.
This isn’t the first time 50 Cent has targeted JAY-Z amid Diddy’s barrage of lawsuits. In March, he posted a photo of the 4:44 rapper on the side of a milk carton with the word “Missing” written above it. “Anybody seen Jay LOL *smiling emojis*,” he wrote in the caption. “Puff said the *ninja emoji* ain’t answering his phone. LOL.”
He shared another since-deleted picture of the Roc Nation leader waving at a camera with the caption “Here is jay z last reported seen waving at puffy jet *airplane emoji* LOL.” Given the Brooklyn rapper’s low caesar cut, the photo is from several years ago as he now sports locs. However, the G-Unit leader doesn’t care about accuracy; he cares about manipulating any form of media to get his jokes off and the people haven’t gotten tired of him.
The “In Da Club” rapper has been an unofficial cultural commentator for most of his career and enthusiastically took on the responsibility of making light of Diddy’s lawsuits from the very beginning. However, the entire situation got a little closer to home for him when his ex-girlfriend, Daphne Joy, was named one of Puff’s alleged sex workers in Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit.
50 Cent shared multiple posts making light of the situation. “You moved a mile away in hopes of having another baby with me but I was busy,” he wrote. “So you moved back and then you started receiving money from Brother Love. Now here we are, little sex worker.”
In another post, he feigned being motivational only to throw another shot at his ex-girlfriend. “Good morning people let’s focus on our goals and get some work done,” he wrote. “Let’s work hard to contribute to [the] world being a better place. All the work we do counts, even you little sex workers [surprised emoji] LOL.”
Diddy’s son King Combs had enough of the jokes and recently released “Pick A Side,” a diss track aimed at 50 Cent. “When all they had was 50 Cent who put the city on the map?/ Stop lying, pops been hated on by many men and ni**a, that’s fine/ They gon’ try to stop these Eminems and they gon’ die trying,” he rapped.
