Orange Is the New Black star Taryn Manning is slamming the Netflix show and her costars. One day after the seventh and final season dropped, Manning is sharing some life truths.

In a lengthy and bizarre Instagram message, the actress did not hold back on expressing her feelings. The message began with Manning discussing a series of topics such as not eating animals, human trafficking, racism, promoting peace, not hate, and giving back. Then her message deters off to talk about her life.

“My life is a joke anyway. My life was stolen from a criminal who’s mentally ILL, and no one cares to help, so I am dedicated to learning how to make a difference. And obviously, I do not care about one comment that’s awful I Invite them,” Manning explains.

The 40-year-old actress then begins to talk about “the show that hurt her.” Now she doesn’t name names, but it is clear something troubling happened to her while she was working on OITNB.

“This show hurt me more than anything has in my life, and if this is what I have to do to push what I stand for I will. I have to speak out before anything happens to me. F&@k fame! This show hurt humans. You will never truly know, but many were hurt!” she shares.

Manning doesn’t stop there either. She is baring her heart and soul in the post.

“I do not need to ever work again in this town. I’ve been dropped by everyone for having a backbone. I was dropped because a person terrorizes me daily and them too. So my team, they just turn away. Like a car accident. Rubber neck but don’t help. F%$k show biz. A disgrace,” Manning declares.
